Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC)

India is the world's leading exporter of carpets, sending between 85-90% of its production overseas. Approximately 40% of all handmade carpets exported globally originate from India. The country's carpet exports predominantly include handmade varieties such as woollen rugs, druggets, durries, and cotton carpets.
